The Factory Built Process
Currently, we offer two solutions to getting a home factory built: Pickup at the factory and Delivery + Install. Learn more about these options below.
Factory Pickup
Your home will be constructed for you in a factory setting, leaving you with the flexibility to handle installation details independently. Once construction is complete we will coordinate a pickup time for your home to be picked up directly from the factory.
Feasibility Analysis
Our team will analyze your parcel and local code requirements to ensure compatibility with your factory-built Everywhere Home.
1–2 weeksSite Planning
Once we're given the green light on feasibility, we'll work with you to plan the location, utilities, and logistics to move the project forward.
1.5–3 monthsPermitting
We'll provide all the necessary documents for your municipality in order to obtain a permit for construction.
3–6 monthsFraming
Once any necessary permitting has been obtained, we will begin framing out your unit using light gauge steel in the factory.
3–4 weeksFinishing
Upon completion of the unit, we'll send you pics or FaceTime with you for confirmation and approval before wrapping everything up.
2–3 monthsPickup
Once the unit is fully complete, we'll work with you to coordinate the logistics for pickup directly from the factory.
